St. Louis Children’s Hospital Board Will Continue Efforts to Promote Quality Pediatric Care within the St. Louis Region, Nationally, and Internationally

Karlos-Ramirez-HCCSTL(St. Louis, Missouri, August 22, 2016)—The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan St. Louis, is proud to announce that Karlos Ramirez, President and CEO, has been installed to the St. Louis Children’s Hospital 2016-2017 Board of Directors. The Board is comprised of a dynamic and diverse group of members, who will continue the efforts of the hospital to be the hallmark for quality pediatric care within the St. Louis region, as well as nationally and internationally. Ramirez will also serve on the Community Benefits Committee, which will promote the benefits of St. Louis Children’s Hospital to the local community.
Karlos Ramirez was recently named to the position of President and CEO of the HCCSTL, after serving as the Executive Director since February 2011. Under his leadership, the membership to the HCCSTL has rapidly grown, ranging from small businesses to corporate memberships. Since his arrival, membership at the Chamber has grown 81% and corporate sponsorships are up 477%.
