St. Louis (March 17, 2022) – Affinity Law Group, LLC, a leading St. Louis-based boutique law firm focused on business, M&A, estate planning, and employment law, recently celebrated its 15th anniversary.
Founded in 2007, Affinity has grown to become one of the leading law firms representing entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, and corporate and not-for-profit executives throughout the Midwest.
The founding members – Kathleen Bilderback, Brad Crandall, Bob Guest, and Ira Potter – formed Affinity Law Group because they wanted clients to have a unique, customized, and solutions-oriented experience without having to pay the high fees of the big firms.
Kathleen Bilderback, Affinity Law Group Managing Member, said, “You learn quickly that starting a business is both exhilarating and nerve-racking, especially starting one at the cusp of the 2008 market crash. What we learned early on is that to grow over the long term, we needed to focus on our clients’ needs and invest in our team members.”
Affinity Law Group has grown over the years by attracting attorneys with a variety of legal experiences having worked in law firms, corporations, and non-profit organizations. Their staff is also unique because many of the team members have worked outside the legal industry and are able to bring a fresh perspective to internal processes and managing clients’ experiences.

Several years ago, Bilderback and Crandall took over the managing member leadership roles with Crandall overseeing the Corporate Practice Group, and Bilderback overseeing the Private Client Group.
