    We will collaborate with you using a 90-day Strategic Marketing Communications Plan at the beginning of each three-month time block. This document on Google Sheets is accessible to you at any time on a shared cloud drive, in a private folder we set up just for you.

    Also included in this plan is an editorial calendar with upcoming story pitches and events, so that we can help you plan ahead for the marketing push.

    In our experience, our customer needs vary according to their current marketing focus, though all customers desire an increase of public awareness for their product or service. Our products are designed to fit your needs.

    For the Entrepreneur, we offer either 2 Press Releases or 2 Award Nominations (or some combination of each). Examples include the launch of a new business, announcing a new website, promotion of an employee, new business certification, etc.

    For Growing Business and Enterprise customers, we increase our writing services to 3 Press Releases with proprietary media platform distribution or 3 Award Nominations (or some combination of each). PLUS, we will create an online Press Kit accessible to you, reporters, and editors on a shared drive.

  • Media Relations and Competitive Monitoring: HARO and Media List Outreach

    Media relations is the heart of public relations. Earned media is difficult to obtain, but is more valuable that paid advertising in selling your product or service, because it has more credibility your customers.

    We monitor Help-A-Report-Out (HARO) daily to find story opportunities for all of our customers. We will pitch to reporters covering your business sector.

    We will also monitor the Web to find your competitors’ press and pitch those editors on telling your story. This includes keyword monitoring using Google and Talkwalker alerts, and we will report those in our strategic marketing communications plan.

    In addition, we have a carefully-curated, private media list of reporters, writers, and bloggers that we routinely contact on behalf of our customers, to pitch stories, have you provide expert opinions, and publicize upcoming events.

    Our goal with Media Relations is to increase your TOMA, provide third-party validation, and to ultimately drive your sales.

  • Digital Marketing: Website Copy, Blog Posts, and Social Media

    Some customers desire a change in their branding that requires a change in their website copy. Other customers prioritize driving traffic to their website using a blog. All customers want more sales and that will come from more top-of-mind-awareness (TOMA). AMM Communications will help you achieve this outcome.

    For the Entrepreneur, we will write 3 pages of copy for your website (i.e. Landing/Home Page, About Us, and Product/Services, up to 750 words per page. This includes 2 rounds of edits per page, and will be completed in the three-month period. We will use search engine optimized keywords in a natural-language format to capture your brand in your words. As you progress with your marketing and your needs change, we will transition to writing 1 original content blog post per month (500-750 words) per month.

    For Growing Business and Enterprise, will will increase our writing services to 5 pages of copy for your website, or 2 original content blog posts per month.

    We will amplify your online mentions, press releases, and news via our social media networks, and produce posts that your company can distribute to its network.

    We will create an online press kit for your company on Google Drive (or other shared drive of your choice, such as DropBox), that will be publicly accessible to reporters, writers, editors, bloggers etc.

    As part of our Media Relations strategy, we will share the link to this press kit in our story pitches.

Our talent acquisition, recruiting, and search consulting fees are simple.

This calculator will assist you in determining the overall price for a talent acquisition recruiting program with AMM Communications.
  • The AMM Communications Hire Well recruiting fee is 20% of the annual salary (including bonus).
  • AMM Communications charges 20% of the first year's annual salary (including bonus) for the talent acquisition recruiting fee.
  • You, the customer, will be responsible for paying the online job posting fees, We will either use your existing accounts, or AMM Communications will invoice you for the amounts. We recommend $500 as a good starting point.
  • If you need a civil/criminal background check, drug test, education verification, etc. we will arrange that for you and invoice you for the services. A basic check is $200, with additional services having an extra fee.
  • This amount will be invoiced in thirds: 1/3 - Upon initiating the search process 1/3 - After the first face-to-face candidate interview 1/3 - After the new hire signs an employment agreement

The customer is responsible for nominal fees for online job postings and background checks.
