Prior to co-founding AMM Communications in 2008 with his wife, Ann Marie, he spent 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, and now brings his marketing, recruiting, and sales experience to businesses and not-for-profits nationwide. Ed held several senior management positions in the pharmaceutical industry, managed sales representatives in multiple states, and earned top sales awards. In addition to his experience as a marketing consultant, he has experience as an executive recruiter and helps customers with sourcing and hiring “A-Players”. He has a proprietary process for developing the position description, recruiting, interviewing, and making the final offer. Ed graduated from St. Louis University with a bachelor of science in finance and a master of business administration concentrating on international business. He is current Chairman of the America’s Birthday Parade Communications Committee, a past Chairman of the PR Committee for Fair Saint Louis (2016-2018), a past chairman of the Transportation Committee (2014-2015), and a current Board member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan St. Louis.
